This license applies to the KuroAka Assets product identified on the purchaser's receipt. By downloading or using the assets, the purchaser agrees to these terms.
What the purchaser may do
The purchaser may use, edit, combine, synchronize, and adapt the assets in finished personal, commercial, and client projects, including videos, podcasts, livestreams, presentations, websites, apps, games, social posts, advertisements, and printed designs.
One purchase covers one individual or one organization with up to three people who directly use the source files. Finished projects may be distributed and monetized. Client projects may be delivered as finished work.
What the purchaser may not do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away a source asset as a standalone file.
- Include source assets in another asset pack, template library, stock collection, downloadable source project, dataset, or training dataset.
- Make an asset extractable from a finished project in substantially its original form.
- Register an asset, or a minimally modified version, as a trademark.
- Claim exclusive ownership or prevent KuroAka Studio from licensing the asset to others.
- Use the assets in unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or rights-infringing material.
Ownership and scope
KuroAka Studio retains ownership of the source assets. This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual for completed purchases, and non-transferable except as part of a finished client project. Larger teams require written permission.
Refunds, support, and warranty
Refund eligibility follows the checkout provider's applicable policy and mandatory consumer law. Support covers failed delivery, corrupt archives, and reproducible defects. It does not include editing, customization, installation, production work, or compatibility consulting.
The assets are provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. KuroAka Studio does not guarantee compatibility with every application, platform, workflow, marketplace, or future software version.
